Where is your jewelry made?
All toe rings are handcrafted in Bali.
Are your toe rings adjustable?
Yes! All toe rings are adjustable with a split band at the back where you can fit to your liking.
Where can I find your products in person?
Please check our stockist page at the top of the website.
What kind of stones do you use?
All gems used are natural. Sourced in Bali and carefully designed to fit with each ring. No synthetic stones are used.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
We use sterling silver (925) and brass. Keep in mind that each persons body has different reactions to materials so discoloration may vary.
Do you offer resizing or repairs?
All rings are adjustable so resizing is not needed.
We do offer repairs if you have any issues within the first week of purchase- Bali based only.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 5-10 business days, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Will I have to pay customs or VAT?
Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to import VAT, duties, and customs handling fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments
I placed an order by bank transfer and I haven't gotten an email confirmation, what do I do?
All orders placed with payment by bank transfer will be confirmed once the payment is received through our bank. Please keep an eye on your email for updates and your order confirmation.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
The bank transfer option is set up to allow locals or expats to pay by transfer. If you are wanting to place an order from outside of Indonesia using bank transfer, you can do so by using the WISE app.
Why do you only offer bank transfer as payment?
Since we are a small business, we are still working out some kinks with payment providers. We are hoping to have more options available to you soon. If you have any questions regarding payment by bank transfer; feel free to contact us.
